- WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible. - WHERE…A portion of western Nevada, including the following area,
Greater Reno-Carson City-Minden Area. - WHEN…This afternoon and evening.
- IMPACTS…Excessive runoff from thunderstorms may result in
flooding of burn scars, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and
flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their
banks with low-water roads and crossings being flooded.
